How do I determine my correct helmet size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Compare this measurement to our size chart found on each product page. A new helmet should feel snug but not uncomfortably tight.
Are Axor helmets certified for international safety standards?
Yes, all Axor helmets meet or exceed DOT (US) and ECE (European) safety standards. Specific certification details are listed on the product specifications for each model.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. Helmets must be in original, unused condition with all tags and protective visor films intact. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that show signs of wear.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Axor Helmets provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
